Tied-arch bridge pre-design, in minutes

BowstringPRO is a new pre-design tool for steel tied-arch and network arch bridges, developed by CCES together with ArcelorMittal Global R&D and Steligence® Engineering. The free version in English and French UI and reports, is available to download now.

You enter a handful of geometric and loading parameters. The software generates the 3D model and its mesh, every load case and every Eurocode combination, runs the analysis, and returns a capacity ratio for each structural element together with the combination that governs it. Comparing a vertical hanger arrangement against a network solution becomes an afternoon rather than a project phase.
